How is the UK preparing for climate change?

The government in the UK is considering many options for adapting to future changes in our climate, including measures to keep homes and buildings cool and protect them from an increased risk of flooding. The UK imports food and raw materials from all over the world, so we may well have to adapt to climate change impacts in other countries as well as those in our own.
