Players of People’s Postcode Lottery to help Science Museum inspire next generation of scientists


The Science Museum has been awarded £200,000 from players of People’s Postcode Lottery.

This funding marks the start of a long term relationship with players of the charity lottery. The support will back exciting new projects at the Science Museum over the coming years, helping bring exciting new contemporary science events and exhibitions to the public.

Ian Blatchford, Director of the Science Museum Group said: “Regular donor income plays a crucial role in helping the Science Museum Group to inspire visitors about the central role science plays in all of our lives. We are very grateful to players of People’s Postcode Lottery for their support, which will make an important contribution to our future exhibitions programme at the Science Museum.”
