Surviving breast cancer
More women are being diagnosed with breast cancer, but survival rates are improving. Early detection is the key to women getting the better of their cancer.
'It's important for all women to be 'breast aware' - to know what is normal for them and to report any changes to their doctor straight away. Cancers which are found at an early stage are easier to treat and are less likely to have spread to other parts of the body.' Julie Sharp, Cancer Research UK
