Building bonuses
The houses arrive almost complete and ready to be connected to water, electricity and gas. They can even be predecorated and fitted out with fixed items such as sinks and benches, appliances and carpet.
The bonus of building this way is that it can be more environmentally friendly. Because everything is made to measure there is less on-site waste such as rubble and offcuts. And when you don't want the building any more, you don't have to knock it down - you can dismantle it and use the apartment units again, somewhere else.
