What about developing countries?

The developing world has until now been responsible for only 25 per cent of global emissions. But a few highly populated countries in the developing world, including India and China, are now in the top ten of global baddies.

Per person, however, developing countries' carbon dioxide emissions are still way below those of the industrialised world.
