Penguins pack up
Even the penguin populations on the Antarctic are changing with the climate.
Adelie penguins normally live in the ice-bound area of Faraday on the West Antarctic peninsula. But they're being replaced by colonies of open-water-loving Chinstrap penguins.
This region of the Antarctic is one of three areas in the world warming up much faster than average. The result is less winter pack ice, and less of the Adelie penguin's natural habitat.
