Stormy waters?

It won't all be plain sailing to soak up carbon dioxide in the ocean. Countries might start arguing over who owns the seas, since reductions from these schemes could count towards international targets. And although ocean iron fertilisation might help cut carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, it would only offset a tiny part of the world's carbon dioxide emissions.
