Growing cloud seeds

How do you make clouds grow? One idea is to add iron to the ocean to feed more microscopic algae. As well as guzzling up carbon dioxide (see 'Blooming oceans') they produce tiny sulphur particles in the atmosphere, which can seed cloud droplets.

Another method would be to use pumps to make the sea bubble, releasing salt particles into the air.
