Usually people move around this virtual environment with a computer-game-style joystick. But the 3D glasses also track your physical movement around the cube, changing your view of the virtual world as you change your perspective.

By using a brain-computer interface in a virtual-reality simulator, you would be able to get around just by thinking about it. This could make virtual worlds much more realistic.
