Magnetic stimulation isn't the only way scientists say they can boost your creativity. John Gruzelier, a professor of psychology at Goldsmiths College in London, says he can enhance your musical skills using a brain-training technique called electroencephalogram (EEG) neurofeedback.
In 2003, Gruzelier put 97 students from London's Royal College of Music through their musical paces while teaching them how to control their brain waves using the technique. Expert judges then decided how much it improved their performances.
