Dolly scientist impressed
Ian Wilmut, the stem-cell pioneer most famous for creating Dolly the Sheep recently announced he's going to stop using embryonic cells and focus on these reprogrammed cells instead.
But he made clear this is not because he thinks embryonic stem cells are wrong - it's because he thinks there's more scientific promise in skin cells.
However, other scientists aren't convinced the cells will get round all the barriers.
