Geomancy is the practice of placing buildings in favourable places. This Chinese compass is used to place houses in harmony with the universe in a practice known as Feng Shui. Feng Shui is now becoming known globally, having been practised in China for thousands of years. One of the beliefs of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is that the environment affects a person’s health. TCM is based on ideas of balance and harmony both within an individual and with their surroundings.
