Safi is the name of a liquid herbal preparation recommended by practitioners of Unani Tibb to treat and prevent blood impurities, skin conditions and constipation. Unani Tibb is an Islamic medical tradition practised mostly in Pakistan, India and other parts of Asia. Ideas of health are based on balance within the body and with the environment. The preparation was made by Hamdard (Wakf) Laboratories, a mass producer of Unani Tibb medicines.
