‘Kalms’ were advertised as a non-habit forming natural plant remedy to relieve stress. They were made by Lustys Natural Products Limited. Each tablet contains extracts of herbs to promote sleep and reduce anxiety. These include valerian, gentian and hops. ‘Kalms’ are typical of a range of anti-stress remedies sold ‘over the counter’ in chemists across the country.
