Form Board 'B', 1920-1970
The Form Board ‘B’ consists of shaped wooden blocks. These fit into corresponding niches. Objects such as this often formed the basis of psychometric tests. These were used for psychiatric evaluation in institutions such as schools and hospitals. They were also used within industry to look for employment aptitude. The test did not rely on a specific language. This meant it could be exported internationally and used by non-English speaking immigrants. The form board was made by PA Management Consultants Limited.
