Centenary appeal

For 100 years, the Science Museum has revealed the breakthroughs and inventions that shape our world. We’ve explained the inexplicable, imagined the unimaginable and made sense of the science that is shaping our world.

In our next 100 years we want to achieve even more and become the best place in the world for people to enjoy science. To achieve our ambitious aspirations we need your help.

With your support we can:

  • Improve our galleries, displays and exhibitions
  • Conserve, exhibit and increase our world-class collections
  • Improve the visitor experience and education programmes delivering memorable experiences for children, adults and families
  • Take science to more people by improving and expanding our outreach programmes and website.

Every donation helps, so please show your support today. There are three different ways to give:

Right here, right now: donate online at the Big Give website.

In the museum: there are Centenary Appeal donation boxes throughout the Museum.

By post: download and print out this Freepost form (pdf).
