Please use this form to request an educational group visit to the Science Museum.

Please do not use this form for enquiries. If you would like to check availability or you have any questions about an educational group visit to the Science Museum please call us on 020 7942 4777.

Use this form to tell us about the group you would like to bring to the Museum. We will treat the information you send us as a booking and we’ll send confirmation of your visit itinerary by email within five working days. We advise you not to book transport until you have received our confirmation of your booking.

Before you fill out this form you will need to have the following pieces of information.

Preferred date of your visit and approximate time of arrival and departure. Alternative dates if possible.
Number of children and adults attending. Please make sure that you are meeting our supervisory ratios.
Description of learning needs of your group including any Special Educational Needs.

NB. Some activities can only be booked for specific Key Stages on certain days. If you want to include Launchpad, a Science Show or a Drama Character in your itinerary, please refer to the Educators' Calendar.

When you press submit you’ll receive an automatic email confirming that we have received the form. We will send a separate email confirmation of your visit itinerary once we have processed your booking. Please check your spam folder if necessary, and call us on 020 7942 4777 if you do not receive anything from us in the next five days.

Postcode Due to the popularity of our hands-on galleries (Launchpad, The Garden, Pattern Pod and the Energy Gallery) we can offer a maximum of 2 hands-on galleries per visit. Please note that for visits during the school holidays and at weekends we can only pre-book Imax and special exhibitions. You are welcome to visit the hands-on galleries but may need to queue if these areas are busy.
