Overview
Through this activity children will find out that:
- Magnets attract other magnetic materials.
- Materials are either magnetic or non-magnetic.
- Iron is a magnetic metal.
- 1p and 2p coins are made of steel or bronze; only those of steel are attached to magnets becuase of the iron used to make the steel.
