Before contacting us to make your booking please think about the following:
What events would you like us to present?
We can deliver a maximum of four sessions in a day, but no more than three different activities (e.g. The Bubble Show, Feel the Force, and Get a Grip).
What dates would you like us to visit your venue?
We take bookings for one term ahead.
We are not available on Mondays.
What are your ideal timings for the day?
We can arrive at your venue by 8am and will need access to the performance space at least one hour before the start of our first session to set up our equipment.
If we are performing the same session back-to-back we need at least 15 minutes between each to reset our props. If we are changing to a different activity we will need at least 30 minutes to reset our props (60 minutes for the Material World show).
Remember to plan around your normal breaks and lunch time, and any double-use of the performance space, for example a school hall that is also used for lunch.
What are the costs?
Refer to the Prices for Schools or Prices for Communities page to find out how much we will charge to visit your venue. If you are more than 50 miles from the Museum our prices reflect the increased travel and overnight accommodation. So you might consider 'partnering up' with other schools or community groups in your local area to share the cost.

We'll send confirmation paperwork for you to sign and return to us. We'll also send an invoice and payment is due within 30 days of making your booking, or immediately if our visit falls within this 30 day period.
Important: Your booking isn't confirmed until we receive your signed paperwork and payment.
