Description
Communication is an important skill that we all use in a variety of ways every day, and the Science Museum's presenters are among the best in the world at communicating science to make it fun and engaging.
In this two hour workshop our experienced presenters will work with your students to develop their communication skills, build their confidence in making presentations, and increase their understanding about science by helping them to learn, rehearse and perform short science demonstrations, ranging from launching a mini rocket to making water vanish.
At the end of the session students will show off their new-found confidence and skills by presenting the science demonstrations to a live audience of their classmates, their year group or local primary school children.
This Science Communication workshop is accredited for the Bronze CREST Award.
