How to book

 

To make a booking for us to visit your community venue please follow the following steps:

Decide what you'd like us to present and when

Choose some possible dates for our visit to your venue. N.B. We can only take bookings for one term ahead, and we do not visit schools on a Monday.

Draw up an programme for our visit by deciding what times you would like each of our sessions to start.

For this you'll need to plan around your normal breaks and lunch time, and take into consideration any double-use of the performance space, for example a school hall that is also used for lunch.

Below is an example of a typical programme based on our arrival time of 8am:  

 

You'll need to bear in mind the following:

• We can deliver a maximum of four sessions in a day, made up no more than three different activities (e.g. The Bubble Show, Feel the Force, and Get a Grip).
• We require access to the performance space at least one hour before the start of our first session to set up our equipment.
• If we are performing the same activity back-to-back we need at least 15 minutes between each session to reset props.
• If we are changing to a different activity we will need at least 30 minutes to reset our props (or 60 minutes in the case of the Material World show).

Confirm your booking and make payment

We'll send confirmation paperwork for you to sign and return to us.

We'll also send an invoice and payment is due within 30 days of making your booking, or immediately if our visit falls within this 30 day period.

Important: Your booking isn't confirmed until we receive your signed paperwork and payment.
