In partnership with the Science Museum and the BBC, this groundbreaking film reveals the daily biological processes that go on without our control and often without our notice. It tells the story of a single day in the lives and bodies of a family; eight-year-old Zannah, teenager Luke, and Uncle Buster and Aunt Heather, a couple expecting their first child.

The pregnancy is the heart of the film and the course of Heather’s pregnancy, condensed with the use of motion-control photography, illustrates how the body adapts to the physical changes taking place. Using innovative filmmaking techniques, combined with the latest medical and scientific imaging, the film shows the ordinary miracles that keep our bodies running.

This film has a PG rating because it refers to puberty, human reproduction and birth. It includes some scenes relating to human reproduction. Make a free preview visit or contact us if you are concerned or want to know more – 020 7942 4777.
