He named the colours of the rainbow, he thought about how apples fall from trees and - legend has it - he invented the cat flap. Meet everyone’s favourite scientist, Sir Isaac Newton!

Meet our actor portraying Sir Isaac and you’ll find out how his amazing discovery of gravity revolutionised our outlook on life. He’ll also explain the wonders of his three laws of motion and share his light-tastic facts.

This lively encounter includes plenty of opportunity to ask questions and the performance will be tailored to the age of your students.

Booking terms apply.

The event is ideal for supporting work on forces and motion, light, famous scientists and How Science Works. This session would fit well if you're booking time in our Launchpad gallery as part of your visit.

Cost: £3 per student, accompanying adults free..
