Greenhouse gas
Greenhouse gases in the atmosphere trap heat on Earth. Normally this is good because this temperature supports life as we know it. But extra greenhouse gases in the atmosphere cause the Earth to heat up more. Carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas. |
