| Energy - fuelling the future opens on Friday 23 July 2004.
The
Energy gallery is a fantastic resource for teachers covering many curriculum areas
including Science, Geography, Citizenship, PSHE and Art.
Educational
visits to the Energy gallery need to be pre-booked through the Education Booking
Office, tel. 020 7942 4777, e-mail edbookings@nmsi.ac.uk or you can complete the on-line
booking form. Full booking information can be found here.
Bookable sessions in the gallery last 1 hour, including a briefing and
debriefing lead by a Museum Explainer. These sessions will include an introduction
to the energy debate and the gallery and a series of activities to do on the day.
Each session can accommodate a maximum of 40 pupils. A ratio of 8 KS2 students
and 15 KS3 students to 1 adult is required.
When you contact us to make
your booking, please be ready with information about other activities that you
would like to include in your visit. For example, you can watch a stunning film
in our IMAX cinema, take part in one of our brilliant events or meet an engaging
