Eating behaviour

Can you eat whatever you like and stay slim, or do you seem to gain weight easily? Your weight basically depends on what and how much you eat, but may be influenced by your genes. Some genes influence our appetite and mood - our inclination to 'comfort eat' for example, while others control how we store fat. However, nutrition in the womb, childhood diet and circumstances are all likely to be equally important influences on eating behaviour and weight gain.
