Cona coffee maker, c 1950.

Table model no III. Table model no III. The Cona company first launched its coffee makers in 1910. Made from glass and based on a vacuum principle, they professed to make 'perfect' coffee. The glass structure allows infusion to take place at the correct temperature while also preventing contamination from other materials that may affect the coffee's flavour.
