We are now able to offer your school two brand-new activity boxes that enable you to run exciting and innovative Science and Engineering Club sessions for students aged 11-14 years without spending extra time researching and buying materials.
There are two boxes: Crime Lab challenges students to solve a robbery attempt and Mars Mission explores the challenges of living on the Red Planet.
You can buy one box for £130, or both together for £250. There are a limited number of these boxes available to schools so order yours now by contacting the Education Booking Office on 020 7942 4777.
You can now get the Science Museum boxes, PLUS a teacher training day for up to 3 teachers and a special celebration day at the Science Museum for your club. All for less than the cost of the boxes alone!
Participation in our Science Museum Clubs scheme normally costs £800 for one year, but if you are from a grant maintained school, you are eligible to claim back an Impact Award of £200 per teacher attending the course element of the programme.
This means that if three of your teachers attend the training part of the programme, you get £600 back for your school. Therefore you get the training, the boxes, and the special event for only £200!
Please Note: these boxes have been developed for use in a school environment, and some activities require standard lab safety equipment. They are not suitable for use outside school settings.
