Please fasten your seat belt and prepare for take off! This interactive tour explores some of the stories behind the amazing objects in the Flight Gallery.

Join the brave animals that tested the Montgolfier brothers’ brand new invention, the hot air balloon. Find out about how AV Roe built an aeroplane from things you can find in your garden shed and discover just how treacherous it was to become the first people to pilot a plane across the Atlantic.

The tour last approximately 35 minutes and moves around the Flight gallery.
