Night Owls enables young adults who have an Autism Spectrum Condition to come along and enjoy the Museum free from the hustle and bustle of the general public.
On selected Saturdays across the year we open the Museum exclusively to pre-booked Night Owls guests from 18.45 until 22.30. As well as the chance to explore the galleries, there are lots of fun workshops and exciting demonstrations to enjoy.
All of these events are completely free and suitable for young adults between the ages of 16–25.

Once you have booked we will email you a detailed programme about the evening about a week ahead of your visit.
Not all areas of the Museum will be open during Night Owls. The areas that you will be able to explore will be described in the programme we send you.
What if I'm under 16?
Don't worry if you are under 16, we also have our Early Birds events which run on selected Saturdays throughout the year for younger visitors who have an Autism Spectrum Condition and their families.
