When you request a visit we will send a confirmation email showing your visit itinerary and the costs for any charged activities that you have asked us to include.
At 28 days ahead of the visit date, or immediately if your booking was made at shorter notice, we will send your school/organisation an invoice for immediate payment. We must receive your payment before the visit date.
You can make changes to your booking or cancel it completely by telling us in writing at least 28 days before the visit date. Changes and cancellations should be emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will confirm the amendments by email.
In cases where bookings are changed or cancelled within 28 working days of the visit date your school/organisation will remain liable for 100% of the charges.
If you are requesting a visit within 28 days of the visit date you will not be able to change or amend your booking.
We cannot give refunds if fewer people come on the day, or you are delayed and miss your event, or your group does not come to the museum at all. If we have not already received your payment, your school/organisation will remain 100% liable for the charges.
You can increase numbers for charged activities at any time, provided places are still available. Please request changes in writing to email@example.com. We will send a revised confirmation and invoice showing the new amount due.
If you are collecting monies from pupils/attendees, please allow plenty of time to tell us about any changes in numbers ahead of the 28-day deadline.
The invoice we send to your school/organisations will show the cost of any charged activities you have asked us to include in your visit itinerary.
We must receive payment before the date of the visit.

If you prefer we can take payment by card at the time of booking. The booking terms above still apply.
