Our Outreach team can bring our range of dynamic shows and workshops to your school or community venue.
We are now taking bookings for visits in the autumn term (September to December 2018).
If you would like us to visit your venue in the spring term (January to April 2019) you can make a booking from Monday 3 September 2018.
The activities below are categorised by the following age-group suitability:

Communication is an important skill that we all use in a variety of ways every day, and the Science Museum's presenters are among the best in the world at communicating science to make it fun and engaging.
In this workshop our experienced presenters will help your students to learn short science demonstrations, ranging from launching a mini rocket to making water vanish. At the end of the session they will present their demos to a live audience of their classmates, their year group or local primary school children.
Through this process students will:
- develop their communication skills
- build their confidence in making presentations
- increase their understanding about science
