At the height of his fame with pop band McFly, Harry Judd struggled with crippling anxiety. A decade on, he talks with Ade Adepitan MBE about adapting and surviving, and about his new book of advice for others living with the condition.
Harry Judd is the drummer of the hugely successful bands McFly and McBusted, 7 of whose 19 hit singles went straight to Number 1. He won Strictly Come Dancing in 2011 and was voted the nation's favourite-ever winner of the show.
Ade Adepitan MBE is a former Team GB Paralympic wheelchair basketball player, who took the Bronze at the Athens Games in 2004. He was appointed one of the main presenters of London Paralympic Games coverage in 2012 and is a regular presenter on the BBC and Channel 4.
After the event, Harry will sign copies of his book 'Get Fit, Get Happy' in the Wonderlab Shop.
