Join curators Shasti Lowton, (Photography 1857-2017), Matt Kimberly (5000 Years of Science and Innovation), and Joe Bindloss, Lonely Planet’s Destination Editor for the Indian Subcontinent, for a taste of the diverse scientific and cultural fabric of India.

Explore our exhibitions after hours and away from the crowds in this private view of our acclaimed Illuminating India exhibitions. The evening will open with an introduction from Shasti, Matt and Joe, who will also be on hand throughout the evening to answer any questions you may have about the exhibitions or travel to the Indian Subcontinent.

  • Tickets include a free glass of wine, beer or a soft drink, plus: a Lonely Planet goody bag containing a copy of the Lonely Planet magazine; Lonely Planet playing cards; a traveller's notebook; a magnetic photo frame, and a sample of 'Epic Drives of the World'.
  • Please note that places are limited to 100 and demand is expected to be high.
  • This event is open to visitors aged 18+.
