Have you ever seen a plane fly across the sky? Or perhaps flown out of one of the UK’s many airports? Who do you think might be behind such exciting engineering and operational feats?
Visit the Science Museum in February half-term for an opportunity to meet real technicians from the UK Civil Aviation Authority in our free interactive family-friendly workshops.
Find and try out what it’s really like to work in the aviation and aerospace industries, from how to transport dangerous goods safely to designing, creating, and testing online systems to ensure a smooth landing.
Workshops are aimed at young people aged 9–17 but all age groups are welcome. No need to pre-book but come early to avoid disappointment.
