We Are Engineers Family Festival
Join us for a free family festival celebrating the exciting and diverse ways in which engineers change the world.
Find out how the Science Museum is supporting the Year of Engineering.
The Year of Engineering is a government campaign which celebrates the world and wonder of engineering. We need the next generation of innovators and problem solvers to join exciting, rewarding and creative industries to help shape the future of the world we live in.
Here at the Science Museum we’ll be hosting family festivals, show-days for schools and even an engineering-themed Lates to support the campaign. We’re focusing on sharing unusual and exciting fields within engineering, unexpected routes for getting into engineering and the incredible stories of engineers from under-represented groups—all to show that engineering can be a career for everyone.
