Allergens and Gluten
Every salad and sandwich that you see in the museum is made on-site and every cake that you see is made either on-site or in our caterer’s London bakery. This means that we can guarantee the quality of our products.
We make a lot of products without gluten—cakes, sandwiches, salads and many other things. However, because we make our products by hand, we cannot guarantee through sampling that we will meet gluten free criteria.
We would love you to be able to eat with us at the Science Museum, and we understand how challenging this can be when you are unable to eat gluten.
When you visit us, please be sure to consult with our allergen champions on-site who would be happy to adapt dishes or explain how they are made for you to make decision about what you would like to eat.
If you have any questions before your visit please contact us at email@example.com.
Locations: Level 3, outside Wonderlab: The Equinor Gallery and Level -1, outside The Garden.
You are welcome to bring your own food and drink, which can be eaten in our dedicated picnic areas.
