The Guilty Feminist: Science Special

International Women’s Day is just around the corner and we’re kicking off the celebrations early, with a special science-themed live recording of the smash-hit podcast 'The Guilty Feminist'.

Join comedian Deborah Frances-White, co-host Sara Pascoe and special guest, astronomer and presenter of The Sky at Night, Maggie Aderin-Pocock MBE, to hear them discuss their noble goals as 21st century feminists and the paradoxes and insecurities which undermine them.

Since launching in December 2015, The Guilty Feminist has won legions of fans and has to date been downloaded over 50 million times.  Previous guests include Sarah Millican, Emma Thompson, Lolly Adefope, Jo Brand and Gemma Arterton, to name just a few.

Deborah is a stand-up comedian whose BBC Radio 4 series won The Writers Guild Award for Best Radio Comedy. Her book, The Guilty Feminist is a Sunday Times Best Seller and she has made appearances on Have I Got News For You, Mock the Week and The News Quiz. She is a screenwriter whose first feature film Say My Name is produced by Electric Entertainment.
